Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

We do our best to ensure that the product you receive matches the images shown. However, slight variations in color, finish, or packaging may occur due to lighting conditions, screen settings, or supplier updates. Rest assured, any differences will not affect the quality or functionality of the product.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You can view and download your sales receipt by logging into your account and visiting the Order History or My Orders section. Select the order, then click View Receipt or Download Invoice. A copy is also sent to your registered email after purchase.

How can I return an item?

o return an item, please contact our customer service team or visit the Returns section of our website. Provide your order number and reason for return, and we’ll guide you through the process. Make sure the item is in its original condition and packaging. Once we receive it, we’ll process your refund or exchange promptly

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We regularly restock popular items. If a product is marked as ‘out of stock,’ you can sign up for restock alerts on the product page or contact our customer service team for an estimated restock date

Where can I ship my order?

We currently ship orders to all locations within Pakistan. Simply enter your address at checkout, and we’ll deliver right to your doorstep.
